° If you make a purchase using a What To Do In Cancun promotional code, or if you accept a discount or special offer price during What To Do In Cancun’s checkout process, you may void your discount or special offer price by making any changes or amendments to your itinerary once your purchase is complete. What To Do In Cancun may decide, at its sole discretion, to honor your discount or special offer price if you make a post-purchase change or amendment to your itinerary. ° Prices and inclusions / exclusions

Prices are based on the local rate at the time of quotation, converted at the prevailing exchange rate as determined by What To Do In Cancun. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or usage fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agriculture, passenger facilities or international transportation taxes. Prices do not include gratuities for local drivers or guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the website.
° Payments and cancellations
When you make a product reservation through the website, What To Do In Cancun collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below in “Payment Processing”. What To Do In Cancun accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and paypal. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. The credit or debit card statement will be indicated on the payment. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other service used. Cancellation of a reservation with What To Do In Cancun may result in cancellation fees charged by What To Do In Cancun, as described below. The individual supplier or tour operator may charge additional fees. Upon cancellation of any reservation, you will be notified by email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
- Event, attraction, theater, show or voucher tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Other tourist products and services If you cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled departure, you will be reimbursed 100%. If you do not cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure, 0% refund. If weather conditions, administrative measures, strikes or other circumstances prevent the activity from taking place or make it dangerous, the supplier will cancel the activity agreed for the specific date. In this case, the price paid will be refunded. The provider has the right to not allow you to participate or to exclude you, respectively, from an activity if you do not comply with the conditions of participation in your person, if your participation puts you or others in danger, or if it disturbs in a prolonged manner the execution of the activity. The same applies to users who are intermediated by you. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded. Otherwise, the provider reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, if necessary due to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances. The reimbursement will be paid with the means of payment used. For credit cards with a respective monthly charge, the amount is credited at the end of the current billing period. The exact date of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. Reimbursement through an account is made within seven banking days.
Disclaimer of liability
What To Do In Cancun, will not assume responsibility for any claim, cost or expense arising from personal or third party injury, accident or death, loss of or damage to personal property, lack of enjoyment, anger, disappointment, anguish or frustration (whether mental or physical) resulting from the following causes:

- Illness, theft, labor disputes, strikes, mechanical failures, quarantine, governmental actions, weather conditions, or any other cause beyond the direct control of What To Do In Cancun;
- Inability of the client to travel due to lack of required documents such as, but not limited to valid passports, visas, personal identification, prescriptions or medical documents and certificates. What To Do In Cancun is not liable to the client or any third party due to the client’s inability or lack of personal documents.
- Cancellation or change for any reason of the travel services offered and contracted by the Client. What To Do In Cancun reserves the right to cancel or change the published services, but will try to substitute them with similar services. If a reservation must be cancelled, What To Do In Cancun’s responsibility will be limited to the refund of all monies paid by the client;
- Full refunds do not apply in situations in which the trip has to be cancelled, interrupted or postponed by What To Do In Cancun for reasons beyond its control (force majeure causes, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, etc.) and in which What To Do In Cancun’s contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the amount paid or to be paid to the supplier on behalf of the client. In these cases, What To Do In Cancun reserves the right to retain 10% of the total amount paid for the reservation as an administrative fee.
- Although the rates are constantly updated, in remote cases there is the possibility that there may be changes in the rates without prior notice due to contingencies or force majeure. In these cases, the provider may not have a way to update the rates quickly. What To Do In Cancun does periodic reviews where there may be differences between the price paid for the reservation and the price required to use the service. In the event of a rate change, if it results in a lower price, that price will be charged and the difference will be refunded. If it results in a higher price, one of our Travel Consultants will contact The Client and inform about the change. In case of disagreement, What To Do In Cancun will refund 100% of the amount paid, but is not responsible for any claims or inconveniences arising from the change of rates or cancellation of the reservation.
