° Prices and inclusions / exclusions

° Payments and cancellations

When you make a product reservation through the website, What To Do In Cancun collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below in “Payment Processing”. What To Do In Cancun accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa and paypal. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. The credit or debit card statement will be indicated on the payment. No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other service used. The individual supplier or tour operator may charge additional fees. Upon cancellation of any reservation, you will be notified by email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

  1. Event, attraction, theater, show or voucher tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Gift certificates are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  3. Other tourist products and services If you cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled departure, you will be reimbursed 100%. If you do not cancel within 3 days of the scheduled departure, 0% refund. If weather conditions, administrative measures, strikes or other circumstances prevent the activity from taking place or make it dangerous, the supplier will cancel the activity agreed for the specific date. In this case, the price paid will be refunded. The provider has the right to not allow you to participate or to exclude you, respectively, from an activity if you do not comply with the conditions of participation in your person, if your participation puts you or others in danger, or if it disturbs in a prolonged manner the execution of the activity. The same applies to users who are intermediated by you. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded. Otherwise, the provider reserves the right to make minor changes to the program, if necessary due to unforeseeable or unavoidable circumstances. The reimbursement will be paid with the means of payment used. For credit cards with a respective monthly charge, the amount is credited at the end of the current billing period. The exact date of the refund depends on the user’s credit card agreement. Reimbursement through an account is made within seven banking days.

Disclaimer of liability

  5. Full refunds do not apply in situations in which the trip has to be cancelled, interrupted or postponed by What To Do In Cancun for reasons beyond its control (force majeure causes, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes, strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, etc.) and in which What To Do In Cancun’s contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the amount paid or to be paid to the supplier on behalf of the client. In these cases, What To Do In Cancun reserves the right to retain 10% of the total amount paid for the reservation as an administrative fee.
  6. Although the rates are constantly updated, in remote cases there is the possibility that there may be changes in the rates without prior notice due to contingencies or force majeure.
