Cancun Whale Shark Tour with Snorkel and Transportation Tickets

The eco-friendly, small-group tour starts with a convenient hotel pickup available from most hotels. Arrive at Puerto Juarez and board the speedboat that will take you to the area of Isla Contoy while enjoying a light breakfast.

Get your camera ready as you approach the impressive whale sharks swimming near the surface gracefully. Better yet, prepare your life jacket and snorkel, and jump into the Caribbean waters following your guide. Swim after the stunning whale shark while maintaining safe distance, observing as the giant fish drifts forward.

After two hours of sighting and two immersions, make a brief stop at stunning Playa Norte, one of the best beaches in the Mexican Caribbean.

Swimming with whale sharks was a bucket list experience for me, and overall, it was amazing. However, I wish we could have spent more time in the water with the whale sharks. We only got two jumps, which felt a bit rushed. But the guide was great and the boat ride was enjoyable. It's definitely worth doing, but just be aware that you may not get as much time with the whale sharks as you'd like.

Epic Adventure!

Swimming with whale sharks was definitely a highlight of our trip. The guide was knowledgeable and made us feel safe in the water. However, the boat ride was a bit bumpy and some people on the boat got sick. Also, the tour felt a bit rushed and we didn't get as much time with the whale sharks as we would have liked. But still, a great experience overall.

Also, the boat ride was a bit rough and some people got seasick. But the guide was good and the snacks provided were decent.

While swimming with whale sharks was definitely a unique experience, it wasn't as amazing as I had hoped. The boat ride was very bumpy and some people on the boat got seasick. Also, the guide seemed a bit disinterested and didn't provide much information about the whale sharks. But still, it's worth doing if you're in Cancun and looking for a unique experience.
