About swimming with dolphins
Dolphin Royal Connection Includes:
- 40 minutes of dolphin experience.

- Up to 14 Interactions: Dolphin kiss and hug.
Dolphin connection Includes:
- 40 minutes of dolphin experience.
- In-water interaction with the dolphin.

Dolphin Encounter Includes:
- 40 minutes of dolphin experience.
- Educational talk about dolphins.
- Up to 14 Interactions: Dolphin kiss and hug.
- One buffet meal.
- Non-alcoholic beverages.
- For safety reasons, women who are up to 5 months pregnant may only participate in the Dolphin Encounter experience if accompanied by another paying adult, after signing the liability form.
- The dock tax fee is $15 USD per person, which must be paid by the guest at check-in.
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
- The dolphin experiences accommodates groups of up to 10 people.
- Dolphin activities take place in a controlled habitat and are scheduled at specific time slots.
- Infants from 1 to 5 years old or Minors with a height of up to 1.20m / 47.24in / 3.93ft will do the Dolphin Encounter behaviors experience and must be accompanied by two paying adults.
- Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m / 47.63in / 3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft can do the swimming experience accompanied by a paid adult.
- Children 13 years and older with a height greater than 1.40m / 55.11in / 4.59ft, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
- For safety reasons, cameras and electronic devices are not allowed in the water or the swim area. Professional photos will be available for purchase.
- Wearing any type of jewelry or accessories that can easily come off is not allowed during the swim.
- The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are only for adults.
- The land transportation from Costa Mujeres and the Hotel Zone has an additional cost of $10 USD, and $15 USD from Riviera Maya.
- Activities involving Marine Mammals (Dolphins, Sea Lions, and Manatees) are subject to a Participation Tax for Activities with Aquatic Animals (ISEPAAA), established by the State Government of Quintana Roo. This tax will be collected at check-in, at a rate of $ 3 USD per person, and applies to guests aged 6 and above.
- The funds collected from this tax go directly toward the protection of marine species in Quintana Roo.
- For safety reasons, snorkel activity is allowed for children over 10 and adults under 59 years old.
- Snorkeling activity is subject to weather and sea conditions.
- Boarding point: Playa Langosta Pier. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time, so that you can board smoothly
