  • Children aged 1-5 years have free access to the park, free transportation, and do not pay a dock fee.
  • The dock fee is $15 USD per person, both for adults and children (6 years and older), and must be paid at the time of registration or check-in.
  • Maritime transportation leaves at 9 am from Playa Langosta in the Hotel Zone of Cancun
  • The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is restricted.
  • To carry out the temazcal activity, you must register to reserve your place and time when you arrive at the park.
  • The zipline round is valid for online purchases only.
  • Photographs during aquatic activities and/or experiences have an additional cost.
  • The use of lifeguards is mandatory in all water activities.
  • Pregnant women (5 months and more) can’t participate in water activities or zip lining for safety reasons.
  • Women less than 5 months pregnant may participate in aquatic activities only when accompanied by another adult and having signed a letter of responsibility.
  • The pool party is available at the following times: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
  • The diving area is available from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM at the main dock. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
  • The beach area is available from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM in the snorkeling zone. Wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
  • The cooking class is only available at three times: 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM. To participate, you must register upon arrival at the park to secure your spot and schedule. Each session has a maximum capacity of 32 people. (Only available for the All-Inclusive Garrafon Park option).
