  • Upon arrival at the reserve, our guides will greet the visitors, provide safety instructions, and hand out the necessary equipment
  • Before entering the underground river, guests will walk along the reserve’s nature trails and receive a traditional Mayan welcome
  • Visitors will walk and swim through the stunning underground crystal galleries, covering approximately 800 meters during a guided tour that lasts around 1 hour and 30 minutes
