General Information

The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
Boarding point: Playa Langosta Pier. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time, so that you can board smoothly.
The dock fee is $15 USD per adult and child and must be paid during registration or check-in.
All passengers pay for transportation, and children pay for transportation from 4 years of age.
All services require prior reservation.
Ground transportation is only for the hotel zone of Cancun and Riviera Maya. You must indicate the hotel, lobby, and room number in the comments box in step 1 of your purchase process. Valid booking 48 hrs in advance.
If due to weather issues, the Harbor Master should cancel any activity, and in the event that guests cannot reschedule, a proportional refund will be made for the activity not carried out.
For safety reasons, only children over 8 years old can snorkel
