The tour lasts approximately 4 hours plus the transportation time that will variate according to the location of your hotel or accommodation.

Yes, life jackets are provided, making it safe for non-swimmers to enjoy the cenote experience.

It’s important to be on time for your scheduled pick-up and at least 5 minutes before the pick up time at the designated meeting point. If you're running late, please contact us immediately to check availability for alternative arrangements.

Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and bring a swimsuit, towel, and a change of clothes for the cenote swim.

Participants must be at least 16 years old to drive an ATV always supervised and under the companion by an adult. The weight limit for the zipline is 120 kg (265 lbs).
